The updates will come when they come. Be patient; we all deal with life in different ways. I want to see this project finished just as much as the rest of you, but not at the expense of the artist's schedule.

To the artist: Love what I've seen so far; been more or less lurking behind the scenes and not really commenting. This story is very interesting, and I'd love to see where it goes from here. I can't speak for anyone else but myself, but I'm waiting patiently to see where this goes. Hope things start looking up for you--just be strong. That probably doesn't help much...

I do wonder how many chapters its planned to be, I first found this shortly after Vincent was killing toxic frogs, but I forgot about it until last week and I only finished reading everything that was added to it.

But, I'm curious to see how far the story can be 'dragged' on as the original plot itself seems to be drawing to a close, but we have no way of knowing what happens when they reach the surface and the story could expand more on how the Gi tribe copes with day to day life, or even a new villain of sorts could come out to threaten the Gi tribe and Nanaki has to make a choice to save them, which in turn makes him second guess his emotions and feelings and decide to truly become their leader with his 'rival', but I'm just barking in the dark here.

I know real life has a way of getting intense, but it would be such a shame to get so close to the end of the story and not finish. This has been such an awesome read.

Hello there Enkida,

I've been silently checking up on the fan comic monthly, & since march, not a single update. Which is not the problem, or what I wonder.

All I wish to know, along with possibly all readers, both old & new, is just simply of the status of yourself, & why the comic hasn't been updated along with it.

You don't have to, if you don't want to, just it would be very nice & appreciative to us readers, who so eagerly await the next page of this artistic story.

P.S.: Hope things are well or aren't too bad at your end, & still, thank you for what you have done so far, for all of us to view.

Just spent the last few days reading this comic and am really very much enjoying it; I particularly appreciate how Yuffie is maturing (and how she already has) - this coming from someone who doesn't really like her. Hey, she stole my materia!

Hope it is updated sometime soon - but far more than that, I hope that everything is going well for you and your growing family. Maybe I'm just getting old--but having OMG UPDAET NOW!!11!!one!! screamed at me at an incredibly important time in my life would not encourage me to do anything of the sort.
